I can't pay for promotion because it says "You already have a subscription"

This message indicates that your account contains an already active subscription, which will need to be cancelled in order to add another one.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the Windscribe website (https://windscribe.com/myaccount) and pressing the Cancel Subscription button:
